How does payment process work?
We accept payments via Zelle, Credit cards, Paypal, and Checks. All options will be outlined in the invoice we send you.
What if you haven't worked at my venue before?
Rest assured, this won’t affect how beautifully we capture your day. As professionals, we’ve worked at a variety of venues and in all kinds of lighting conditions. We’re committed to doing our research, arriving early, and attending walkthroughs whenever possible to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you require a deposit to secure our date?
We require a 25% deposit for the service you book us for. This is due to the fact that we usually only take in a few couples a year to ensure the highest level of quality and attention is spent on your special day. Also, sometimes dates can overlap; to avoid that, a deposit is needed so we can fully commit and lock those dates in.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we most definitely do! We have served MI, WI, IN, FL, AZ, TX in the past. This year, love stories are taking us beyond and we are so freaking excited to show those films soon!
Do you provide raw footage?
We do not provide raw video footage to our clients. Instead, we deliver all the best, carefully selected, moments for you in a film.
Speeches and dances, which many couples consider raw footage, are gladly included in the collection or available as an add-on.
How long will it take to receive our film?
For a love story/engagement session we usually ask our couples for two to three weeks. For weddings, the turnaround is eight to ten weeks.
